晚上10點多到達酒店的，訂房網站上顯示的是離店扣款，但是前台一直要求我們必須付款才能住，我們堅持説我們已經在平台付過了，他們似乎也很難用英語説出什麼有效的內容，就一直僵持著。由於我們都很累了，天很冷，而且法國很多酒店的前台晚上8點後就下班了，無奈衹能付款後入住。離店後訂房網站也扣了款，我們付了雙份房費，訂房網站要求我們自己聯繫酒店退款🤣，換誰能接受這些？另外，酒店很小而且沒有浴巾和衞生紙，也很髒，早餐衹有麵包，沒有盤子，用衞生紙包著麵包吃。還有，酒店在谷歌上的地址是錯的，找了好久才找到。大家一定不要定這一家。

Établissement disposant d'un parking privé. Situé à proximité de la station de Tramway POTERIE, ligne D et du centre commercial Auchan (prendre à gauche en sortant de l'hôtel, puis, franchir le rond-point et continuer tout droit. Accessible à pied). Le petit déjeuner est bon. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et calme. Le personnel est sympa.

The location is far of the center but I guess it’s fine due to the price. The real problem is the bathroom, it is very small. I am a short person and still had a lot of problems showering, I can’t imagine someone who is actually tall

L'hôtel est conforme aux attentes. Simple et plutôt propre. Parfait pour une nuit. Par contre, la douche est peu juste avec un rideau de douche trop près des toilettes, et le parking payant (4 euros) ! Dommage !

This hotel location was very clean calming area but 11 minutes far from the centre by train,the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean with good breakfast in the morning,but the only problem I really didn't like it was the toilet,the toilet was extremely small, very very small that we couldn't take shower at all because the water was getting outside of the toilet to the sleeping room,I wish if we had good toilet to feel comfortable in the place, otherwise it was really good experience as it was first time to Straßburg,we really love the city and we enjoyed alot.
